Marin Headlands is a place by San Francisco. The place is by the Pacific Ocean and the Bay. This place belong to the government because of its animals and marine life. The place is basically for academics. There are different schools that come here to learn about nature. Students can get graded in some classes like P.E because of hiking, Math for the waste graphing and some other classes.
They make you learn about all the animals. There like mountain lion, bobcat, gray fox, coyote, raccoon, brush rabbit, and some more.The sea animals are hermit crab, a line shore crab, a california mussel, a rough limpet a giant green anemone.
They have a lot of amazing place is like Point Bonita Lighthouse ,Gerbode Valley. The place used to be a navy camp. The camp was used in world war two. They put a lot of things there like guns and military ships, submarines, military aircraft. They also have missiles and they tested missiles there also.
