History Day By:Bethany S.

_DSC7114.JPG_DSC7109.JPG       Let’s travel back in time and learn about the many different and great leaders of the world. History Day was a blast from the past! There were so many different leaders that were displayed on History Day. All the way from Catherine the Great to Nelson Mandela and even some sports players. Everyone did an AMAZING job on their displays/websites. Every display that I saw was put as much effort into it as it should be. Some people went above and beyond on their displays by adding a few cool touches to them. I hope it was a great experience for all of the participants that joined History Day. Everyone who participated in this extra credit project should feel proud of what they did even if they didn’t win.

*And congratulations to the 6th grade winners!!!*

  5. Good job on the starting sentence. Sounds like a historical fiction prologue. History Day sounded like it would be very interesting to watch and be in. Good job on describing what it felt like to be in history day and making everyone feel good about themselves.

  12. History day really was great. Everyone got to go around and look at many of the different leaders. To me, it was just like a real big exhibit at a museum, because all of them were very neat, and looked like there was lots of effort put into it. Some of the ideas itself were so creative. Dylan's for example was so creative. He made a project built like a baseball stadium and did it on Jackie Robinson. There was also another one on a soccer player, when the project had grass backgrounds and nets. History day was really a great experience for me and so many other people.
