Kindness Week by Ansh Singh

The Week of Kindness is the week that takes us into February. The week is based on how you will show kindness to people. Our core teachers gave us a little slip of nice things that we can do for our friends. Some of the things that were listed on the sheet were giving a friend a hug, holding the door for someone, and thanking someone.

There have been many good deeds done throughout this week. People have held the door for classes. People have been high fiving each other. People were picking up trash. This was a great week for people to show kindness. By the end of the week almost everybody had done an act of kindness.

There was something special happening everyday of the week. The first day was based on greeting people at the gate. The second was based on doing a random act of kindness for some you don't know. The third was based on where your write nice things with chalk on the floor of the campus. The fourth day was based on writing on a handprint in student services. The fifth and final day was based on cleaning up after yourselves and picking up trash.

Although the Week of Kindness is coming to a conclusion, kindness throughout all the weeks of school would be even better!
